How it works?

Head to my Contact page and include "Custom inquiry" in subject line.
Some things to include in your email:

Share your inspiration through Pinterest images, sketches, or descriptions. You can also check out my Lookbook page for some of my favorite designs.
Stones you're interested in using, I have a small selection available, but I am more than happy to source stones you like!

Design and Planning

Based on our discussion, we'll create a preliminary design. It is helpful for you to include a budget you are comfortable with, I will try my best to work within that budget. With the rising price of silver please be mindful and understanding of pricing.
You’ll receive a detailed proposal including materials, costs, and timeline.
A non-refundable deposit is required to proceed to the next step. (A percentage of total cost, depending on your project.)
Once deposit is paid you have agreed to all terms.

Throughout the process, you will be updated with progress photos and any necessary adjustments.

Final Review and Delivery

Allow 2-8 weeks for custom project completion.
Once completed, you will have a final review of your custom piece.
Upon your approval, the remaining payment is due. Sales and other taxes may be included.
Your custom jewelry will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. Once shipped Plata Or Nada will not be held responsible for package theft or damage. Local pick-up is also available.
All sales are final.
